Vendor Master Data (VMD) | System Update from 8 September 2026
We are upgrading our systems to streamline how vendor master data requests are processed. As part of this change, you may receive clarification emails on your existing VMD requests from one of the following email addresses:
MBSCvendormaster@mdlz.com — Ticket Reference starting with: RITM or enablevendor@mdlz.com — Ticket Reference starting with: S2P (New)
Both are valid Mondelez email addresses used by VMaaS Operations. Please do not send emails directly to either of these email addresses.
Submit all onboarding and VMD requests via Supplier Portal (HICX) only. For any queries, support, or escalations, please contact suppliercentral@mdlz.com.
