The Mondelez Supplier Portal will be frozen from May 23rd [00:00, CET] to May 31st 2026 [23:59, CET] for a planned upgrade to enhance supplier onboarding.

Any activity in Mondelez supplier portal will be unavailable during this period; normal access resumes June 1st [00:00, CET], 2026.

For Mondelez users: Ensure all onboarding, extend or copy requests are completed before 23 May. All open requests will be closed at the start of the freeze. Please check daily the status of your requests and keep following up until it gets completed.

For suppliers: If you have been invited to register to Supplier Portal, please complete your onboarding by 15 May 2026 to avoid delays
